AGES 9-13 ONLY (8 TURNING 9 THIS FALL IS OKAY)

OPTION 1: 1x / week workouts - Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 PM OR Saturdays 9-10 AM (6 total sessions).

OPTION 2: 2x / week workouts - Wednesdays at 5:30 PM AND Saturdays at 9 AM. (12 total sessions).

Girls will work on fitness fundamentals, run through a circuit-style workout, and have time for an open Q&A each session regarding health and fitness.

All fitness levels and abilities welcome.

Capacity is limited to 12 girls per session.

HIGH SCHOOL/COLLEGIATE ATHLETES ONLY 

OPTION 1: 1x / week workouts - Wednesdays 3-4 PM OR Saturdays 10:15-11:15 AM (6 total sessions)

OPTION 2: 2x / week workouts - Wednesdays at 3 PM AND Saturdays at 10:15 AM (12 total sessions)

This program combines strength, performance, and mindset training designed specifically for female athletes who want to rise above, compete strong, and step into their full potential.

Capacity is limited to 12 athletes.
